How to delete your data from cumilla.online

We respect your right to privacy. You can request deletion of your data at any time by following the instructions below.

What Data We Store

When you use our platform, we may store:

  • Your account information (name, email address)
  • News articles and content you create or submit
  • Facebook Page ID and access tokens (if you connect Facebook)
  • Usage data and activity logs
  • Order and transaction history

How to Delete Your Data

Method 1: Request via Email

Send an email to our support team with your data deletion request:

Include your registered email address and specify "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Method 2: Delete from Your Account

If you have an active account, you can delete your data directly:

  1. Log in to your account at cumilla.online
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your deletion request

Method 3: Revoke Facebook Access

To remove Facebook data and revoke permissions:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find "Cumilla Live News" in the list
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke all permissions

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Upon request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account information and profile data
  • Personal content and articles you created
  • Facebook access tokens and permissions
  • All associated user data

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for accounting) as required by law.

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.
